Mental Health is Physical Health is a campaign that promotes the idea that mental and physical health are interconnected, and that taking care of your mental health leads to a healthier and happier life. This campaign is part of The Empty Chair Counseling Practice, and we are dedicated to helping spread the message that one is not more important then the other.
